COME AND SUPPORT CHARITY RACE DAY AT WINCANTON

Twelve riders are taking part in the charity race at Wincanton on Sunday 24th October in aid of both Spinal Injuries and St Margaret’s Somerset Hospice which will take place following racing. Amongst those planning to take part is Stephen Higgins, Clerk of the Course at Wincanton. It is hoped that many thousands of pounds will be raised on this special day so come along and support this worthy cause and have a great day at the races. There will be excellent lots in a charity auction which will run throughout the day.

AJA CHRISTMAS CHARITY BALL

Tickets are now on sale for the inaugural Amateur Jockeys Association Christmas Charity Ball in aid of The Injured Jockeys Fund and The Bob Champion Cancer Trust. This takes place on FRIDAY 10th DECEMBER.

The evening will include the AJA 2004 Championship Presentations as well as dancing to a Live Band supported by a Disco.

NORTHERN DINNER DANCE TICKETS SELLING FAST!

The Northern Dinner Dance is taking place on Saturday 6th November at Scotch Corner Hotel, Darlington, North Yorkshire. The reception is at 7.30 pm; Dinner 8.15 pm; Bar open until 1.30 am; Disco until 2.00 am. Make sure you come along to this important event on our social calendar.
