It proved to be a day to remember for Emily Easterby winning Division 1 on her father’s BREATHABLE, always close up and ridden clear a furlong from home to score by a couple of lengths from Joanna Mason on PALINDROME with Becky Smith third.

More was to follow in Division 2 when Emily rode a similar race to make all and once again deny her cousin Joanna by winning with BOLLIN JOAN for her father, despite the mare trying to pull herself up about a furlong out! Jo was just over a length away second aboard AELIUS and Serena Brotherton a short head third.
This was Emily’s first ever double under Rules and a great way to round off the card. It also propelled Emily into the lead for the ladies championship. Well done to Emily and winning connections on such a memorable day.🏆🏆👏👌👌🥂
